Canada Day Limestone Mile 2026
On the start line for the sub 7:15 Women’s self-seeded Mile heat.

Canada Day is the Kingston’s Mile race day. This year, the event was moved to LCVI high school from the Memorial Centre, but that didn’t put a crimp in the competition. 200+ mile runners signed up for this year’s Limestone Mile race day. Because the course was exclusively on the LCVI track, the Women’s and Men’s fields were divided into heats by estimated finish times. Runners self-seeded. It doubled the excitement.
