Wooly Bully Races 2026

On the start line of the 10K Race.

Sunday August 16th, 2026

The Wooly Bully was a record turn-out as the ferry filled to bring eager runners, families, friends, and fans to Amherst Island to celebrate the love of running. The event included the Kids 1K, the 5K (now part of the KRRA Series), and the Classic 10K distance.

The Waterside Series medals were handed out, a Henna Tattoo artist was kept busy, awards to distributed, and an amazing time was had by all.

Race results can be viewed here. Thanks goes out to Director Joe Du Vall and all the volunteers who hosted such a wonderful event. Proceeds go to the Nielson Store Museum & Cultural Centre.
