Part of the KRRA’s Limestone Race Weekend, the KGH Trauma Run is a 10K race along Kingston’s waterfront, past Kingston heritage buildings, and through Lake Ontario Park and back, past Murney Tower. Race Director Cathy Dain put was pleased to see Saucony support the event along with Runners Choice Kingston. The weather was optimal for running, just cool enough to avoid overheating and to keep the clouds of bugs away.
