Photography
Interior and exterior still images taken to best present residential and commercial properties. Shooting with natural light and avoiding flash photography, custom adjusting every image, each shoot is carefully built to set attract interest and represent the property in the most positive… light.
Video Tours
High definition video walk-through tours are one of the most effective tools to present a property. Our videos are unique: hand-held, moving from room-to-room to give the viewer a good understanding of the layout of the property. The goal is to produce a video tour that makes the viewer feel they know the property, before they even set foot.
Aerial Photography & Video
New to our tech arsenal, our drone shoots a stunning 4K. It is small and nimble enough you shoot interiors. But it’s best for exteriors not only showing off the house with some lovely down-shot passes, but it can take in the entire property (urban or rural), and the neighbourhood. It can fly to a height that shows acres of land, and move quickly to traverse large properties.
Animated Slideshows
Still photography combined with promotional graphics can be prepared to be embedded onto any website and posted onto social media platform. It can be presented with or without audio, and can include any information you choose. Uploaded to either youtube or vimeo, it is the next best thing to a video and can include whatever information you choose.
