It was hovering around 0 degrees, and the track was muddy, but it just made the competitors more ferocious at this prestigious cross country running event that brought Canada’s elite runners and teams together to race right here in Kingston atop Fort Henry.

The field for elite Canadian runners was impressive, including Lanni Marchant, Natassa Wodak, Rachel Hannah and others.
