Despite the -12°C temperatures, hundreds came together in show of support for the Muslim community and in solidarity against the backdrop of the tragedy that took place in Quebec City, the previous night. Moving speeches were given, expressing sadness and strength, determination and commitment and to resolve to not allow division or negativity to take hold in our city, our province, our country.
