The Annual Runners’ Choice Santa shuffle took place on Sunday December 22nd, 2019, with customers, friends, and families coming together to coach Al and Christine’s running store in downtown Kingston. A surprise guest arrived: Gumby, who took the youngest runners on a comfortably shorter route, while the bigger kids went out for an easy 5-6km route around Queen’s University.
Snacks and door prizes were amply distributed, while money and canned goods were collected for Kingston food banks. Smiles and candy canes were exchanged as running friends wished each other the best for the holidays, and for the new year.
